Loganville, GA – 30052

If you love the feel of small town living, Loganville is the neighborhood for you. Loganville is a quiet town with a population of just under 10,000. It’s about halfway between Atlanta and Chattanooga and near the city of Dawsonville. You’ll enjoy a shopping mall, two golf courses, two country clubs, and plenty of parks to visit. Because it’s such a small town, you can also expect that everyone knows everyone else. The median listing home price in Loganville, GA was $439K, trending up 29.1% year-over-year. 

Katy, TX – 77494

This suburb of Houston, TX is a great place to call home. It’s a new and thriving city with lots of amenities. The median sale price for homes in San Antonio, was $319.9K in July 2022, trending up 18.5% year-over-year. 

Lehi, UT – 84043

It’s not a surprise that Lehi, UT is one of the hottest neighborhoods in 2022. With its gorgeous mountains and pristine nature, this city is sure to be an up-and-comer in the coming years. Lehi also offers great schools with a high quality of education and attractive living conditions. Plus, it’s also just a short drive from Salt Lake City and Provo, making it very convenient for those who might be looking to move. The downside? It may be difficult to find an apartment in this neighborhood due to its high demand, so you may have to settle for a smaller place or rent out your spare room if you want to live there. The median listing home price in Lehi, UT was $615K in July 2022, trending up 19.4% year-over-year.

San Diego, CA – 92101

San Diego is one of the top places to live in the United States. Maricopa, AZ – 85138

The Phoenix suburb of Maricopa is the hottest neighborhood in 2022. This neighborhood is a part of the exploding Arizona economy and is noted for its pristine weather and amazing golf courses. In addition, there are plenty of open spaces to enjoy with your family or friends. If you’re looking for an area that has a lot to offer, you should give this neighborhood some serious consideration. In July 2022, the median listing home price in Maricopa, AZ was $415K, trending up 16.1% year-over-year.

Winter Garden, FL – 34787

Located in Tampa, Florida, Winter Garden is one of the hottest neighborhoods in the country. And it’s not just because of its weather. The community features a diverse population and is filled with new homes that are energy efficient and comfortable.
